RIPANS BSC NURSING APPLICATION FORM 2024
Applications are invited from candidates intending to undergo 4 (Four) years Degree in following courses at Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences, (RIPANS) Aizawl, for the session 2024, against seats. allotted to the Govt. of Assam. The format of application is available in the official website of this Directorate www.dme.assam.gov.in
Candidates who have appeared in the B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Examination, 2024 and Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) Entrance Examination, 2024 conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences will be eligible for admission into B. Sc Nursing and B. Pharm courses respectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. For admission into B. Pharm course the A.I.C.T.E. Admission Regulation specified that Admission in the Degree in Pharmacy shall be 10+2 passed in Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% of marks in PCB/ PCM and English or Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Relaxation of marks by 5% for the candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC/PWD, etc. is admissible.
2. For admission into B. Sc (N), B. Sc-MLS, B. Sc-MRIT & B. Optometry shall be 10+2 passed in Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in PCB and English and must have passed in all subjects. Relaxation of marks by 5% for the candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC/ PWD, etc. ism Admissible.
3. The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Following documents duly attested are to be submitted along with the application:
1. Permanent Residential Certificate.
2. Address proof.
3. Mark sheet & Pass certificate of HSLC/Class X & HS (1+2) (Sc)/Class XII examinations.
4. Admit card of Class X examination or any other document Government document in support of age.
5. A copy of recent passport size photograph.
6. Caste Certificate (if belong to SC/ST/OBC). 7. Admit card and score card of B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Examination, 2024 or Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
Entrance Examination, 2024 conducted by SSUHS, for candidates applying for B. Sc Nursing and B. Pharm course respectively. Duly filled in application form (format is available in the official website of this Directoratew (www.dme.assam.gov.in) in sealed envelope with above mentioned documents must be dropped in the drop-box available at the office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 (2nd Floor) Room No. 5 on or before 25th July, 2024. Application sent by post or email shall not be considered. Candidates are advised to visit the official website www.dme.assam.gov.in regularly for any update.
