ADMISSION NOTICE

This is for the information of all concerned that the provisional select list of candidates after the 2nd round of counselling for admission into the 1st year Diploma in Para-Medical courses in the Institutes of Para-Medical Sciences attached to the Govt. Medical Colleges of Assam for the session 2024 has been published and is now available on the official website of this Directorate www.dme.assam.gov.in.

All the selected candidates are hereby directed to report to the office of the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges with all their original testimonials on 10th & 11th February 2025 for admission, with the following conditions:

• If candidates fail to get admitted within the stipulated time, their allotted seat shall be cancelled.
• Candidates who have been re-allotted seats in the 2nd counselling shall collect their original documents with a release order from the respective Principals of the colleges and submit them to the re-allotted College immediately.
• Candidates must deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets, Pass Certificates of HSLC and HSSLC (or equivalent examination), Caste certificate, EWS certificate, and NCL certificate at the time of admission.
• Admission is subject to a satisfactory Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the respective Medical Colleges.
• All admissions are provisional.
